Option 1

One Year Organizational Coaching

Overall Objective: Advancing the ministry by developing the leader and team.

The Coaching Program is customized for each individual client. The Coach and the Client will sign an agreed upon program plan after the initial assessment meeting. The first monthly payment is due at the beginning of next month following the signed plan.

  • Assessing:

    1. Key Organizational Components (Mission Statement, Vision and Goals).

    2. Interviews with Senior Leader and Team Members.

    3. Identify growth inhibitors.

    Planning:

    1. Create Growth Plan for the Leader and the Team.

    2. Create Improvement plan for the Organization

    Doing:

    1. Implement the Plan

    2. Work the Cycle PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust)

    3. Partnership opportunities with GMA associates.

    Checking:

    1. Make adjustments for success

    2. Continue to apply PDCA

  • $6,000/annually or $500/monthly (1 year contract)

    Does not include travel expenses, reimbursed by Client

    3 Year Program Option: $4,200/annually or $350/monthly (3 year contract)

Option 2

One Year Personal Coaching

Overall Objective: Advancing the confidence and health of the leader.

Areas of Concentration: Life Plan Development, Professional Development, Spiritual Direction and Practice, Creation of Plan for Soul Care, Communication Development, Understanding Human Personality

The Coaching Program is customized for each individual client. The Coach and the Client will sign an agreed upon program plan after the initial assessment meeting. The first monthly payment is due at the beginning of next month following the signed plan.

  • Assessing:

    1. Key Organizational Components (Mission Statement, Vision and Goals).

    2. Interviews with Senior Leader and Team Members.

    3. Identify growth inhibitors.

  • $3,000 or $300 for 10 months.

    Does not include travel expenses, reimbursed by Client.

Option 3

Pastoral Advance Oversight

Overall Objective: Stabilizing the Church in the absence of a Senior Pastor and assisting the selection process for Pastoral Candidate.

The Coaching Program is customized for each individual client. The Coach and the Client will sign an agreed upon program plan after the initial assessment meeting. The first monthly payment is due at the beginning of next month following the signed plan.

Sometimes a church finds itself without a Lead Pastor. This program is meant to fill the gap until a new senior leader is selected.

  • $10,000/annually or $850/monthly

    Does not include travel expenses, reimbursed by Client.

    • 10 on-site visits a year for interviews with Pastors, Staff, Key Ministry Leaders

    • Lead Board meetings and assist in planning weekend ministry

    • Assist in forming and educating a pulpit committee

    • Monthly coaching call with Senior Leader or Advisory Board for personal development and

    • Ministry plan implementation. (Assessing Strengths and Weaknesses, Diagnosing Growth

    • Inhibitors, Identify Key Areas of Growth for Breakthrough, Work toward healthy church culture)

    • Access to GMA associates and other resources
